VP-GASMART
The VP-GASMART is an automated control system that extracts accumulated gas from the well annulus and reinjects it into the production tubing without causing flow loss.
Description

Mechanical assembly adapted to the wellhead that allows for the extraction of annular gas.

It injects gas into the flow line in a controlled manner at the wellhead outlet.

This allows the gas to be collected at the station for various applications.

It eliminates manual gas venting and the use of flares in the field.
Engineering and Metallurgy

The VP-GASMART system includes metal-to-metal seals (tungsten carbide and high-strength martensitic) for the opening and closing systems.

The static parts contain seals for gas handling and high temperatures, such as VITON and AFLAS.

The bodies and casing are made of low-alloy, high-strength steels.

All these materials have been selected based on experience working with H2S and CO2, as well as condensates that may be suspended in the extracted gas.
